The problem with traditional desalination

Conventional groundwater desalination relies on surface-based processes: pumping, storage, chemical dosing, and concentrate disposal — often costly, maintenance-heavy, and environmentally disruptive.

Our Approach: Smarter, Cleaner, Subsurface Desalination

We begin with a comprehensive assessment of hydrogeology, geochemistry, economics, and community impact. Based on these findings, we implement one of our patented solutions: either Sub-Surface Desal (SSD) or the enhanced Closed System Desal (CSD), operated under native groundwater conditions throughout the process.

Closed System Desal (CSD)

In aquifer conditions Closed System Desal (CSD) integrates a production bore, submersible pump, and RO treatment unit within the aquifer. Desalination concentrate is safely dispersed at depth, eliminating surface disposal. No chemicals are used, ensuring full compliance and environmental safety. Our patented Self-Cleaning Membrane Technology extends membrane life and lowers maintenance, delivering reliable, efficient operation.
